Philadelphia Eagles @ Pittsburgh Steelers

PITT -7 (-110)

O/U  44.5 (-110)

The Eagles are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games.

The UNDER is 8-3 in Pittsburgh’s last 11 games.

The OVER is 5-1 in Philadelphia’s last 6 road games.

Philadelphia News & Notes

The Eagles finally picked up their first win, and some weight has to be lifted from the shoulders of starting quarterback Carson Wentz.

Philadelphia upset the San Francisco 49ers 25-20 as an 8.5-point road underdog on Sunday Night Football, and bettors were left wondering whether this team is now living up to preseason expectations or simply caught its opponent in a tough spot.

The Eagles did not play a perfect game by any means, but it was promising to see Wentz come through by scoring the first touchdown on an 11-yard run and then pass to tight end Zach Ertz for a successful two-point conversion attempt to give them an early 8-0 lead. That aggressive play-calling was Doug Pederson at his best and could be the key to this game as well.

Philadelphia are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games.

Philadelphia are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games against Pittsburgh.

Philadelphia are 12-5 SU in their last 17 games against Pittsburgh.

The total has gone OVER in 5 of Philadelphia's last 6 games on the road.

Pittsburgh News & Notes

A little time off should not hurt the Steelers at all, although it would not be surprising if they were a bit rusty offensively. They will probably miss having their bye week later in the season, but they were able to take advantage of the early time off to get healthier.

Offensively, Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger should have a full arsenal of weapons at his disposal with wide receiver Diontae Johnson out of concussion protocol and ready to contribute opposite JuJu Smith-Schuster and rookie Chase Claypool. The Steelers will be legitimate contenders in the AFC as long as they can stay healthy and keep Roethlisberger upright.

The main concern from a betting perspective is whether a touchdown is too much to cover considering they have won one game by more than seven points, and that was the season opener, which seems like forever ago.

Pittsburgh are 2-4 ATS in their last 6 games.

The total has gone UNDER in 8 of Pittsburgh's last 11 games.

Pittsburgh are 10-4 SU in their last 14 games.

The total has gone UNDER in 4 of Pittsburgh's last 5 games against Philadelphia.

Indianapolis Colts @ Cleveland Browns

CLE -1 (-108)

O/U 53 (-110)

Indianapolis is 4-2 ATS in its last 6 games.

Cleveland is 2-5 ATS in its last 7 games.

The UNDER is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings.

Indianapolis News & Notes

If the Colts do somehow cash in on their +4000 preseason odds to win the Super Bowl, it will be on the back of a sensational defense that has allowed a league-low 14 points per game so far in 2020. Indy has allowed the fewest passing yards (945) of any team that has played four games and is limiting opposition rushers to a ridiculous 54 yards per game on the ground.

Offensively, things haven’t gone quite as smoothly in the first year with Philip Rivers at quarterback. While Rivers has completed nearly 73 percent of his passes, he has just four touchdown passes to go along with three interceptions. That said, he might offer contrarian daily fantasy value here, with the Browns having allowed the third-most passing yards per game (310.5).

Indianapolis are 4-2 ATS in their last 6 games.

The total has gone UNDER in 5 of Indianapolis' last 7 games.

Indianapolis are 4-2 SU in their last 6 games.

Indianapolis are 2-4 ATS in their last 6 games against Cleveland.

Cleveland News & Notes

The Browns are off to a great start thanks mostly to a relentless rush attack that averages a league-best 204.5 yards per game – but that ground assault is down a major piece. Running back Nick Chubb has been placed on IR with an MCL injury and is expected to miss the next four to six weeks, leaving the majority of the backfield work in the hands of Kareem Hunt.

It’s the worst time for Cleveland to be down a rushing threat, given the Colts’ stout run defense. That will almost certainly force the Browns to rely more heavily on quarterback Baker Mayfield, who has thrown multiple touchdown passes in three straight games but has come in under 170 passing yards in back-to-back victories over Washington and Dallas.

Cleveland are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games.

The total has gone OVER in 4 of Cleveland's last 5 games.

The total has gone UNDER in 5 of Cleveland's last 7 games against Indianapolis.

Cleveland are 6-1 SU in their last 7 games at home.

Minnesota Vikings @ Seattle Seahawks

SEA -6.5 (-107)

O/U 56 (-110)

Minnesota is 1-5 ATS in its last 6 games against Seattle.

Seattle is 5-1 ATS in its last 6 games.

The OVER is 7-1 in Minnesota’s last 8 trips to Seattle.

Minnesota News & Notes

Lost in the Vikings’ dreadful start is the fact that the offense has actually performed rather well, scoring 30-plus points in three of their first four games. Quarterback Kirk Cousins has been frustratingly uneven with six touchdowns and six interceptions, but receivers Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson have been a dynamic duo, accounting for 71.5 percent of the team’s total receiving yards.

That’s not the only facet of the offense that’s clicking through four games. Running back Dalvin Cook has looked dominant so far, leading the NFL with 424 rushing yards while racking up six TDs on the ground (he’s had at least one in every game). Cook is a worthwhile daily fantasy option against Seattle, though you’ll likely get more bang for your buck with Thielen and/or Jefferson.

Minnesota are 1-4 SU in their last 5 games.

Minnesota are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games against Seattle.

Minnesota are 0-6 SU in their last 6 games against Seattle.

The total has gone OVER in 6 of Minnesota's last 9 games on the road.

Seattle News & Notes

Given how the Seahawks had looked through the first three games, last week’s contest in Miami felt like a letdown – and Seattle still came away with an eight-point win while scoring 31 points. Russell Wilson enters Sunday with an NFL-best 1,285 passing yards and 16 TDs and should feast against a Vikings team that has allowed the fourth-most passing yards per game.

This presents a great opportunity for stacking, given Seattle’s passing-game dominance and Minnesota’s defensive struggles. Tyler Lockett is coming off a quiet week but has 26 catches on 33 targets with four touchdowns through four games. He’s the superior cash-game stack option, while deep threat D.K. Metcalf (16 receptions, 403 yards, 3 TDs) is the better GPP play.

Seattle are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games.

The total has gone OVER in 4 of Seattle's last 5 games.

Seattle are 5-1 SU in their last 6 games.

The total has gone OVER in 4 of Seattle's last 6 games against Minnesota.
